The Fiery Mission Accident
Sometime during the night on November 5, a vehicle was involved in an accident in Mission on West Griffin Parkway and Los Ebanos Road. One person was left injured following the crash.
Mission firefighters reported that a vehicle on Griffin Parkway lost control and crashed into an electrical pole near Los Ebanos Road. Due to the collision, the vehicle caught fire.
Images of the vehicle after the fire was extinguished appear to show a white Jeep, but the vehicle was severely damaged.
The driver of the vehicle was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment following the crash. Mission police have not reported whether or not alcohol played a role in this crash.
